Instructions:

Make a ring with

3 ds. p.
3 ds. p.
1 ds. p.
1 ds. p.
3 ds. p.
3 ds. cl.r.

Turn the ring upside down and make a chain around the left hand with the ball thread. Make 3 ds. p. 3 ds.

Turn the chain upside down and make a second ring. Slide the first ds. close to the chain. Make 3 ds. and join to the last picot of the first ring. The join counts as the first half of the double stitch.

Make the second half of the stitch and 2 ds. p.
1 ds. p.
1 ds. p.
1 ds.
3 ds. p.
3 ds. cl.r.

Continue by repeating from the %.

For the corners, make two adjoining rings without the chain in between.
