Kondensmelkkoekies (Condensed Milk Cookies)
Another recipe from Ouma Marie's friend.
Heat the oven to 350ºF.
1. Beat 2 lb Margarine and 3 cups sugar to a creamy texture.
2. Add 4 eggs.
3. Add 1 can condensed milk and 1 tsp golden syrup.

---12 cups flour
---1 envelope cream of tartar 12grams = 2 teaspoons = 10ml
---1 envelope Baking soda 14gram = 3 teaspoons = 15ml
5. Bake as seperate cookies on a sheet until starting to brown.
