Bit of a tough day again.
We had our virtual church service via Zoom.
And then I saw this that a friend had shared on Facebook:
And they all apply to me in this time except #7.
I always say awareness is half of the battle won. I have been able to just recognizing the symptoms as they arrive. And I have been discussing it with Gina and Wilhelm.
